Dialpad eliminated the Institute's on-premise desk phones, instantly accelerating the time it takes for departments to provision users and spin up new offices. “We’re seeing productivity and cost savings skyrocket, since we’re now relying on a communications network that’s entirely cloud-based," said Arthur. After the switch, the NY Institute of Finance immediately saved $45,000 in capital expenditure that would have previously gone to managing its former telephony system. Going forward, the organization estimates it will continue to save at least $20,000 per year in call costs.
