Great Desktop App for Hotline based Jobs

What do you like best? The use and practicality of the application. I am able to create group chats and message threads to contact the majority of the clients I service and my coworkers to ensure we have timely notifications regarding our scheduling needs. What do you dislike? The main quip I have regarding Dialpad is the clunky app used for the mobile app. I am unable to update the status of my activity as easily especially when I am handling different phone numbers. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great for a desktop application to provide communications to all venues of a business. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is helping us keep track of our call logs, transcripts and mode of communications. We have a streamlined and centralized app to help us manage the flow of calls we receive daily. This ensure we provide great customer service to our clients.

Great service overall and when needed to contact customer services, great attention.

What do you like best? The easy to is making a call. And when I receive a voicemail i get the script of it. What do you dislike? Anything. i'm really happy with the product and how easy is to use it for my company. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can communicate with my team and with clients in the US, me being in the UK.

Beautiful Interface, Stellar Service

What do you like best? I like that I'm able to customize the experience both for myself and for those with whom I meet. And I love that I'm able to secure the conference when the expected attendees are present. It gives all of us peace of mind. What do you dislike? While the interface is beautiful, the settings area could be a little more intuitive. It's a small thing, truly, and yet that speaks to the face that the majority of the experience is excellent. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? UberConference has beautifully streamlined the process of meeting with clients securely and providing them with a recorded session. I'm surprised (and delighted) by how often clients are surprised (and delighted) by the ease in which they can access their meeting recordings.

Easy and convenient way to have a conference call

What do you like best? I enjoy the fact that you are able to host a call either via phone or web and when someone is logged in via the web interface you can easily share your screen to better explain what you are talking about. You also have the ability to have your camera on to better connect with the person you are speaking with. Being able to see body language and facial expressions allow you to adjust how or what you are talking about if someone seem disengaged with what is being discussed, especially during these current times when in-person meetings are not possible. What do you dislike? I really don't, the system always seems to perform well and is very user friendly. It can integrate with your calendar so by adding the link, will allow guest to click it and be brought directly to the call without needing a login of their own. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can setup reoccurring meetings very easily and being that it is linked to my google calendar, I get notified of my meeting, so not to miss it.

Reliable and Robust

What do you like best? Conference calls with video and screen sharing can be organized in seconds and the robust features compare with other more expensive options. Call quality is consistently high and I have never had a call fail using Uberconference. What do you dislike? I have no complaints with this system at all. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We needed a way to host calls and be able to record them for the purpose of transcribing minutes. Uberconference is not only reasonably priced, the audio and video quality is excellent, screen sharing and video is high quality, and, most importantly, it always works.

Easy to use, powerful conferencing solution

What do you like best? The fact that I can join by phone or computer, that it is easy to configure, that I am notified if a client of mine joins a meeting early, and that the entire call can be automatically set up to be recorded. What do you dislike? Dislike is a little strong, but current the accuracy of the transcription make them useful only as something to refer to to get a general sense of what the call was about. It would be outstanding, and potentially my new favorite feature if this were improved to the level that I can actually use the transaction as notes to base a report on. For that it would have to be 95% accurate or better. Right now, I feel it's closer to about 70-75% Recommendations to others considering the product: It is painless to set up and start using. The team at UberConference are incredibly helpful if you have problems getting it initially set up. Once you have it set up, it is incredibly easy to use. I also see that UberConference is regularly adding new functionality without charging for each new feature. There are things it has added I haven't even had a chance to try out yet but everything they have done so far, that I have started to use has been extremely helpful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A single location to handle all client calls and recording them for future use.
