Overview
With the integration tool Bubble, you can integrate Dialpad to almost any CRM/ERP system.
By an incoming or outgoing call a pop-up will show with all the details of the customer, client or supplier. From here you can open the customercard, open a ticket or perform another action. There is also a possibility to see which colleague had the last contact with the customer. This is useful when a customer is calling back and but doesn't know who called him or her.
After the call, there is an option to create a call log with a call note you made during the call.
