Enviroshake® goes remote with Dialpad

Enviroshake® is a leader in the synthetic industry — known for manufacturing and engineering premium composite roofing tiles that authentically replicate the natural aesthetic of cedar and slate.

With one main office, and 30 employees located across the world, it was important for Enviroshake® to maintain the steady, seamless workflow while transitioning to the new remote work climate. While McDonald’s main responsibility is to engage with customers, he played a vital role in getting Dialpad set up for his company. From training the Enviroshake® employees on how to use Dialpad to setting up call routing, McDonald has been a great advocate of Dialpad. Here’s some insight to his Dialpad experience:

How would you describe the process of getting started with Dialpad? Getting set up with Dialpad was very easy and done within an hour or two. Once I got used to the platform, everything was extremely quick and easy to navigate.

What Issues or struggles did your company experience with your previous phone system? How did Dialpad solve for those?We came from using old, analog desk phones that didn’t give us the flexibility we needed. With one main office, and employees located all over the world, it was important for us to have a phone system that fit our requirements and work from home needs.

Dialpad allows us to transfer calls to external numbers, flip calls between devices, and work remotely — all things that we couldn’t do before.

What are some of your users’ favorite features?It may seem simple, but being able to work remotely from any device and being able to transfer calls across the entire company are definitely my favorite features of Dialpad!
