*Note: Calling rates are billed per minute, and texting rates are billed per message. All rates shown below are for Ai Voice seats that include unlimited domestic calling. Outbound US SMS beyond the first 250 monthly messages are charged at $0.008/message for AI Voice seats. Ai Contact Center and Ai Sales seats are charged at $0.01/min for inbound calls, $0.02/min for outbound calls, and $0.008/ message for inbound & outbound SMS within the United States and Canada.
