The Momentum Grid for VoIP is based on scores calculated measuring “Satisfaction,” based on real customer reviews on G2, and “Momentum,” based on social, web, employee, and review growth. All ratings are unbiased and reviewed manually. The quarterly report provides benchmarks for product comparison and market trend analysis for people to use as they evaluate and select business software products is one of our most important goals.
