Dialpad Enters Australia Market,
Partners with Untangled ICT for Reseller Services

SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- JAN 29, 2020 -- Dialpad, the only cloud-native business communications platform powered by Voice Intelligence (ViTM), today announced a partnership with Untangled ICT for reseller services in Australia. The partnership will bring Dialpad’s full suite of cloud-native communications services to the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Untangled ICT is focused on the development and distribution of cloud-based telephony services in the Australian market and brings together a highly experienced team of local Telecommunication, ICT, and SaaS industry experts. As Australia’s only official reseller of Dialpad’s services in Australia, Untangled will offer Dialpad Talk, Dialpad Sell, and Dialpad Contact Center licenses as its core suite of cloud-based telecommunication solutions.
