Dialpad Announces Integration Partnership with OneLogin

SCIM Integration Simplifies Dialpad User Provisioning and Deprovisioning

SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- October 24, 2018 -- Dialpad, the only AI-driven, cloud-native business communications platform, today announced an integration with OneLogin, the leader in Unified Access Management to provide secure single sign-on (SSO) and simplified Dialpad user provisioning and deprovisioning, all from within the OneLogin Administrative Portal.

“Dialpad’s fast, easy-to-deploy cloud platform currently helps IT organizations decrease manual workloads by up to 70 percent,” said Dialpad Chief Product Officer Vincent Paquet. “Together with OneLogin, we can drive this figure up even higher by automating the routine tasks associated with user management and access controls.”

The OneLogin integration follows previous Dialpad identity management integrations with providers such as Okta and G Suite. Key benefits of the OneLogin integration include:

• Increased Security and End User Experience: Users can one-click access Dialpad through a single portal, eliminating the need to create or remember additional passwords.

• Increased Admin Productivity: Admins can automatically provision and deprovision users from Active Directory, LDAP, Workday, UltiPro, and Google Directories.

• Improved Compliance: Admins can automatically require and enforce security policies such as two-factor authentication

“Both Dialpad and OneLogin share a vested interest in simplifying the enterprise IT experience,” said OneLogin Vice President of Business Development Tim Gunderson. “We’re excited to extend our enterprise-grade identity and access management solution to Dialpad to make it simpler and safer for organizations to manage their business communications.”

The OneLogin integration is now available to Dialpad Enterprise customers and can be enabled for current users without disrupting employee access.
