Margaret Rosas is a customer service leader dedicated to crafting exceptional experiences for every customer. As one of the first employees at Looker, she scaled Support, Community, and Product Operations, establishing foundations for customer success that became integral to the company's growth. After Looker's acquisition by Google, she led Support Operations teams at Google Cloud, further refining her expertise in enterprise customer experience. Currently serving as Head of Customer Success at MotherDuck, Margaret continues to champion customer-centric approaches that blend technical knowledge with empathetic leadership to drive both user satisfaction and business growth.

Tina Harris, a Registered Nurse and Vice President of Clinical Affairs for Tenderheart Health Outcomes. As the senior healthcare lead, my role provides clinical monitoring and oversight to patient facing areas of the company. My career began over 20 years ago as a Trauma ER Nurse and I have received severaal service awards for outstanding nursing excellence. I have held leadership roles in emergency care, clinical operations, government affairs, quality management and managed care.
