Auto-match candidates: Dialpad automatically matches incoming callers to Greenhouse candidates using email, phone number, or name, so recruiters have context from the start.
Search and match candidates: Quickly search Greenhouse by name or phone number and match the right candidate when no automatic match is found.
View candidate details: Access key candidate information, including name, company, title, phone, email, and address, from the Greenhouse sidebar in Dialpad.
Log notes: Create notes for Greenhouse candidates directly in Dialpad and choose whether they’re visible to everyone or admins only.
Automate call logging: Automatically log completed calls as activities on matched candidate records, including call direction, date and time, duration, and a link to the Dialpad call summary.
