It’s a no-contract service that offers the usual functionality you'd expect from a small business phone system, like a virtual receptionist, call park, and the ability to make long-distance calls. Caveat: This applies only to small businesses. If you work at an enterprise-size business, skip to the next one. 3CX is an open-platform PBX office phone system that runs on-premises with Microsoft Windows or Linux. Of course, what this means is if your company uses Apple products and Macbooks, this option is out and you can skip to the next one.
