We spend a lot of time talking to Dialpad customers, and improving our platform based on their feedback. In recent months, many of those conversations have focused on one subject: how companies can use Ai to grow ROI as they scale.
We’ve been listening. Today we’re excited to announce a set of new Ai-powered features and upgrades that strengthen contact center capabilities, deepen key integrations, and elevate everyday experiences on Dialpad.
Smarter contact centers, powered by Ai
We’ve always considered real-time intelligence the key to excellent contact center support. Today we’re doubling down with a wave of Ai-driven features designed to help agents thrive and managers coach more effectively.
Let’s start with the human agents and managers on the front lines. New experiences like favorite contact centers, bulk agent state management, and remote desktop control will help your reps work faster and smarter. And Ai Live Coach—already a hit in support—now works in meetings too, surfacing key real-time information that turns “Let me find out for you” into “Here’s what you need to know."

We’re also working to make contact center managers the best possible coaches, for human and digital agents alike. Our new Ai CSATx, along with delivering CSAT scores for all calls, now amplifies that information with actionable insights about the factors that influenced them. Digital dispositions and digital scorecards bring accountability and quality metrics to chats, emails, and other interactions. Updates to the Optimize tab in our Ai Agent toolkit give managers insights to improve Ai agents accuracy and increase deflection rates. And new workforce management (WFM) adherence reporting helps leaders understand how time and tasks are allocated, and optimize accordingly.

Deeper integration with Microsoft Teams
If your team runs on Microsoft Teams, we’ve made it even easier to bring Dialpad’s Ai magic into your workflow without switching tools or losing visibility.
Our updated Teams integration includes presence syncing to keep your Dialpad and Teams presence in lockstep. A cleaner embedded app experience supports more features natively, and easier direct routing setup makes deploying our tools in your Microsoft environment even simpler.

Connectivity and security at enterprise scale
We know our customers operate in multiple languages and we’re excited to share that Dialpad now offers expanded Ai language support in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, and more, making it easier for international teams to offer the same high-quality experience, no matter where they work or what language they speak.
We’re also improving the way people connect. With our Large Meetings add-on you can host up to 1,500 participants at once. Free meetings are now available to all global users, and we’ve added breakout rooms and a new hardware-optimized room solution powered by Neat to support better conversations everywhere.

On the IT and security side, we’ve made it easier to manage personal devices with Microsoft Intune, and simplified role assignment with predefined permissions in our role-based access (RBAC) system.
Sweating the details
Sometimes small things can have the biggest impact. We’ve made a number of quality-of-life enhancements to our chat experience, like being able to reply in-line to chats, swipe through unread messages on the iOS app, and translate messages in real time on Android. Being able to sort channels and set message reminders also helps you never miss a beat.
All of this adds up to a smoother, more focused workday for everyone who uses Dialpad.

A brand to match the mission
Alongside these product enhancements, we’re also rolling out a refreshed brand identity. You’ll notice a more modern logo, a warmer and more expressive color palette, updated visual system, and redesigned calling experience. It’s all intended to better reflect Dialpad’s approach to Ai and enterprise communications— prioritizing powerful, easy-to-use tools that help people succeed together.
