Does everyone in the organization get access to analytics?

Everyone who has a Dialpad account will be able to access their own high level data with some basic metrics. Only administrators can see both high level and granular metrics across the organization.

Do analytics cost anything?

No. Analytics are included as a part of all Dialpad plans.

Where can users get access to analytics?

Users can access their analytics by logging into the web portal and clicking on ‘Analytics’.

Can analytics be accessed on any device?

Yes. However, because analytics can only be accessed through the web portal, users and administrators must use their mobile web browsers to see analytics from their mobile devices.

Why are analytics important?

How the people in your company are using their communications tools can provide you with important insights about call volume, how employees work, and where additional staffing may be required.
