Powered by state-of-the-art deep learning and AI, Theta Lake covers “Dialpad Message” SMS for external conversations and points reviewers to a specific event within a 1:1 or group thread that requires further investigation.

Fully threaded SMS messages are displayed and made searchable in their native format, including images and emojis, for 1:1 and group messages to add context and provide comprehensive historical insights on active conversations. Each conversation is issued a risk score, all participants are identified (even inactive participants), and any policy detections on the content are flagged for reviewers. This includes risky URLs, PII/PHI leakage and anything that could pose a security threat or any content that violates acceptable use and conduct policies.
